This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page and browser type) for up to 14 days to keep the service secure and diagnose errors. Logs are not used to identify visitors.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform our agreement. The legal bases are our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and the performance of a contract.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months.

Client data

When we provide services, we process client data on our clients' behalf under a data processing agreement. That data is governed by the agreement, not by this notice.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of service providers, such as email hosting, which process data on our behalf within the European Economic Area or under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Contact privacy@itmendo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
